planned\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/solpak.ca\/en\">Solpak<\/a> 10-year anniversary\u00a0activities, yet we are already well into our 11th.\u00a0 In the same way our children grow, we barely see them change on the regular day-to-day but an anniversary becomes a truth shock: How they have changed!\u00a0 I still remember my entrepreneur\u2019s aspirations in my little basement storage room office. \u00a0 The visions of a dynamic team, helping a group of happy clients with their own challenges, haunted me back then.\u00a0 The first few customers who trusted us and our eco-friendly solutions came, then the first employees, then our first mistakes and growing pains.\u00a0\u00a0Here we are, 10 years later with the same vision in us.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The desire to always do better<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn2.hubspot.net\/hub\/2569290\/hubfs\/Slide2-1.jpg?width=100&amp;name=Slide2-1.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 100px) 100vw, 100px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn2.hubspot.net\/hub\/2569290\/hubfs\/Slide2-1.jpg?width=100&amp;name=Slide2-1.jpg 100x, https:\/\/cdn2.hubspot.net\/hub\/2569290\/hubfs\/Slide2-1.jpg?width=200&amp;name=Slide2-1.jpg 200x\" alt=\"Slide2-1.jpg\" width=\"100\" align=\"left\" \/>More than 350 active and happy clients, a solid team of 10 members and privilege partners, a continued growth: As its Founder and president, I could not ask for better.\u00a0\u00a0The desire to always do better\u00a0is still strong, seems to inhabit \u201dSolpakians\u201d hearts and feeds our many meetings where we actively work at identifying our current challenges and look to improve our methods.\u00a0 How can we match our service levels to meet the growing demand?\u00a0 What about keeping a healthy balance between our personal and business lives in the face of constant surges of work coming out of that growth?\u00a0 They are constant considerations in keeping the vision alive and well.\u00a0 If our 2016 client satisfaction survey is a good measure of our efforts, we are on the right path with great scores.\u00a0\u00a0However, we can\u2019t simply stop at past victories.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What does the future hold for us?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn2.hubspot.net\/hub\/2569290\/hubfs\/Slide3-1.jpg?width=99&amp;name=Slide3-1.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 99px) 100vw, 99px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn2.hubspot.net\/hub\/2569290\/hubfs\/Slide3-1.jpg?width=99&amp;name=Slide3-1.jpg 99x, https:\/\/cdn2.hubspot.net\/hub\/2569290\/hubfs\/Slide3-1.jpg?width=198&amp;name=Slide3-1.jpg 198x\" alt=\"Slide3-1.jpg\" width=\"99\" align=\"left\" \/>The add-on or promotion of complementary product lines, the systematization of core processes to improve our offer while controlling our costs but more importantly a stronger focus on our expertise and sharing it to our clients.\u00a0\u00a0We have developed through the years an expertise\u00a0specific to our trade, i.e. prepared meals packaging, transporting and temperature control while doing all of that.\u00a0 We aim to increase our advisory role in all these functions our clients must execute well so that THEIR products stay at the highest quality levels.\u00a0\u00a0Those are the challenges we have set for ourselves in the next 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to all we have had the pleasure to work with so far and
