Paul Andersen from Scarlett House came to meet us for the first time at the Canadian Restaurant Show in Toronto in 2016. We have since maintained communications and it is the need to improve productivity in the face of a dramatic increase in orders, as well as the Ontario minimum wage increase, which motivated Paul and Steve Coulighan of Scarlett House to purchase an automated 1808 heat sealer.
Don Martin and Rob Canning, as well as their production team, have met the challenges of significant production increases for their airline meals, including new contracts. These increased volumes are indicative of both the quality and the value of their meals.
The entire Solpak team has been involved with the support of Scarlett House and their development of this important market.
