We have the pleasure of welcoming the Halton Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) into the Solpak family.
Founded in 1918, the Halton CMHA is one of the oldest voluntary organizations in Canada. Each year, the Halton CMHA provides direct service to more than 100,000 Canadians through the combined efforts of more than 10,000 volunteers and staff across Canada in over 120 communities.
As part of its mission, the Halton CMHA promotes the mental health of all and supports the resilience and recovery of people experiencing mental illness. Not only that, it provides training to adults with developmental disabilities in partnership with Community Living North Halton and Lunchbox Café. The goal of Lunchbox Café is to teach meaningful skills to use in a work or volunteer capacity within the community.
That is when we come in. Megan chose Solpak to provide the necessary meal packaging equipment. More specifically, Megan chose our 1208 Tray Sealer to seal meals prepared in the training café.
Thank you for your continued trust, Megan!
