We are thrilled to welcome Petites-Mains and Inter-mission to the Solpak family.
Petites-Mains is an industrial sewing social integration enterprise that helps immigrant women integrate both socially and professionally. Since its inception in 1995, Petites-Mains has helped women from over 100 countries integrate the job market. Through industrial sewing training, French courses, information sessions, and coaching, Petites-Mains helps these women regain self-confidence.
Petites-Mains also offers a kitchen aid training program through Inter-Mission. This program allows unemployed women to learn a specialty and find a job in the restaurant industry while taking French courses.
Inter-mission chose Solpak in its efforts to be even more sustainable. More specifically, Kaoutar chose our biodegradable Pressed Paper trays and our Cup-O-Soup bowls to meet the growing demand for halal dishes packaged in eco-friendly trays. Kaoutar also chose our 1308 Tray Sealer to seal its trays for added safety.
