We are pleased to announce that Le Tournant 3F is upgrading its prepared meal packaging systems.
Le Tournant 3F, a Solpak client since 2013, is a non-profit organization whose primary mission is the social and professional integration of disadvantaged individuals. By producing goods and services through companies, Le Tournant 3F enables the professional insertion of highly disadvantaged people.
Indeed, it plays a key role in the fight against poverty by responding to the pressing needs for vocational training and support felt and has been doing so for the past 25 years. Since its creation, more than 710 people have been reinserted and each year more than 40 workers are followed up.
Among its services, La Popote Roulante 3F offers a balanced and nutritious meal service adapted to people with reduced autonomy. They can thus choose to remain in their living environment in a secure environment with complete dignity. The service is provided weekly in the Dolbeau-Mistassini sector and the surrounding area.
To meet the growing demand and to help them produce more frozen meals, Dany chose, in addition to the two 1308 Tray Sealers that Le Tournant 3F already had, our 1908 automated Tray Sealer, which allows the packaging of up to 30 more meals per minute. All Tray Sealers will be able to seal our biodegradable Cup-O-Soup bowls, Pulped Paper trays, and Pressed Paper trays.
