Laniel St-Laurent Food Services provides school catering services to primary and secondary schools and higher education institutions since 1986. Laniel St-Laurent Food Services has made a name for itself with its personalized service and competent and dynamic team. As part of their team, you will find general assistants, cooks, executive chefs, managers, coordinators, dieticians, and health and safety instructors. Each team member is continually striving for improvement to ensure you receive the best possible service. Their ultimate goal? To be the best food service for their customers by providing a service built around their needs.
As a school caterer, Virginie and her team have three guiding principles: simplicity, speed, and above all, safety. So Virginie searched for reliable solutions to keep her meals at the ideal temperature and serve them hot to the students. As recommended by one of her employees, Virginie chose Solpak.
To package her meals, Virginie opted for our biodegradable Pressed and Pulped Paper trays, as well as our Cup-O-Soup bowls. When it comes to sealing, she chose our 1308 Tray Sealer, which can seal up to 300 meals a day.
