Solpak is pleased to welcome Mi Corazon to the Solpak family.
Mi Corazon has been bringing original, colourful and fresh Mexican cuisine to the streets of Montreal since 2015.
Drawing inspiration from the origins of El Jefe Rafaël Martinez, Mi Corazon Food Truck will seduce you with its tacos, ceviches, revamped poutines, and its bar of homemade picante wall sauces: made with love. A cuisine that wants to be diversified and tasty with a touch of fusion while offering vegetarian and vegan options.
Since the beginning of the crisis and the implementation of sanitary measures, Rafaël and his team have been working very hard to be ready for their first outing with the utmost safety. They are also working on a new signature dish project and aim to develop the grocery market in the short- and medium-term.
These days, Mi Corazon sells its products on the Lufa Farms website, a beacon for local organic and other food businesses.
To better meet the requirements of this new niche and based on Veganation’s recommendation, Rafaël chose our handy space-saving 1208 Tray Sealer. In addition, Rafaël chose our biodegradable Pressed Paper trays which allows him to stack the containers without worrying about piercing or opening them during transport: one of the requirements of the Lufa farms.
