We are proud to welcome the Institut du Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) to the Solpak family.
Bearer of knowledge, the ITHQ needs no introduction. For over 50 years, it has trained people with a passion for hospitality, gastronomy, and sommellerie. 13 500, to be exact, were introduced to the art of serving and hosting at the very heart of Montreal. More than just a reputable institute, the ITHQ is ambitious and innovative. With its 4-star teaching hotel, two teaching restaurants, research, and expertise centre, the ITHQ offers its students an ideal environment to learn and succeed.
Jonathan and his team are always on the lookout for new educational tools so that their students can gain practical experience. Jonathan decided to join our FEP program to use our solutions as teaching tools. He decided to opt for our very compact and efficient 1308 Tray Sealer. Their new equipment will help them seal our compostable Pulped Paper trays and biodegradable Pressed Paper trays.
Thanks to these new solutions, the ITHQ continues to meet its goals. It trains its students on the latest trends in ready-to-eat packaging while doing its part to protect the environment.
