Justin needed an eco-friendly solution that would also highlight his dishes appropriately. Also, Traiteur Chez Vic is in the midst of an expansion project to market its products in-store, and Justin had to meet their requirements. To meet these needs, Justin chose our biodegradable Pulped Paper trays to be sealed with our 1308 Tray Sealer.
