Umami Ramen is the first 100% vegan ramen restaurant in Montreal. Cedric and his team make their own homemade noodles from organic wheat, in addition to making their own tofu, stock, kombucha, and sprouts.
On top of that, Umami Ramen offers a wide variety of ramen noodles but also delicious classic Japanese bistronomy dishes with a vegan twist. Cédric and his team are pleased to serve these revamped Japanese classics fresh from their kitchens, alongside some unique and exclusive recipes.
Following their success, Cédric and his team have decided to offer their superb dishes on the Lufa Farms website. To meet their requirements and on Mi Corazon‘s recommendation, Cédric chose our very efficient 1308 Tray Sealer to seal our compostable Pulped Paper trays. Their new meal packaging system will allow them to seal up to 300 dishes per day and increase their sales while still respecting the environment.
