Ketotteria is Montreal’s first even grab-and-go Keto restaurant. Gary and his team are committed to delivering healthy and tasty food for a balanced diet. Ketotteria is not just for Keto food lovers. Their dishes are made for everyone. Ketotteria successfully manages to combine our favorite dishes with Keto cuisine.
The goal is a return to our roots, a shorter « stable-to-table” route so that you know exactly what’s in the dishes they prepare. And in turn, make your life easier when you want something healthy.
Gary and his team have recently moved into a brand new state-of-the-art kitchen to prepare dishes to be sold in their 2 stores and online. Gary was looking for eco-friendly containers and high-performing equipment. That’s when Gary remembered Solpak.
To increase his productivity, Gary chose our highly-efficient 1308 Tray Sealer to seal our compostable Pulped Paper trays.
