La Fournée is a restaurant unlike any other. Each day since 2001, it is our grandmothers’ recipes that are prepared. A timeless traditional cuisine with simple, unpretentious dishes. What makes it special? Its menu, which changes every day with dishes that are always entirely made in-house.
Normally, La Fournée St-Félicien is full of people. But with the pandemic, Carl and his team had to adapt by offering more take-out options. From there came the idea of offering healthy meals in individual portions, soups and spaghetti sauces, as well as cooked and ready-to-freeze pies. Perfect for those who don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.
To support him, Carl was looking for a solution that would be easy to re-heat and enable his team to transport their meals safely. Carl chose our 1308 Tray Sealer to seal our biodegradable Pressed Paper trays without any mess or leaks to help him overcome this challenge.
