It is with great pleasure that we welcome the CRAC Petite-Patrie to the Solpak family!
The CRAC Petite-Patrie opened its doors in 1995, initially called Le Magasin-Partage de La Petite-Patrie, its goal was to respond to the growing demand for food aid in the neighbourhood. After this, the need for a community grocery store quickly became apparent. The centre saw it as a way to work with the community and help develop a feeling of mutual support, create links between community resources, and not just offer grocery bags.
Sharing and togetherness are some of the values that fuel this organization, which fights relentlessly against food waste. The CRAC Petite-Patrie provides services with a lot of warmth and concern for its clientele. Out of concern for the economy and the environment, Maggie chose our very practical 1208 Tray Sealer and our biodegradable Pulped Paper trays for her frozen meal service offered by the kitchen of the ‘la brume dans mes lunettes‘ café.
